TurfCare Strengthens Technical Sales Team with Two New Area Managers

TurfCare is growing its technical sales team, with Dylan McWilliams and Dean Kelly joining as Technical Sales Area Managers. Between them they bring over 45 years of turf industry experience to customers across Sussex, Kent, Essex and the Midlands.

Dylan McWilliams – Sussex, Kent & Essex

Dylan brings over 15 years in the golf and sports turf industry, with practical turf management experience backed up by international agronomy and technical sales work across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Originally from County Leitrim, Dylan started out as Assistant Superintendent at Hong Kong Golf Club, helping prepare championship courses for European Tour and Asian Tour events. He also picked up experience at leading US golf facilities through the Ohio TOP Programme.

Most recently, Dylan spent six years as Regional Sales Manager for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong, where he built a reputation as a trusted technical advisor to superintendents and club managers across the region.

Dean Kelly – Midlands

Dean brings almost 30 years in the amenity and sports turf industry. He started in greenkeeping, spending over 20 years managing golf courses and getting hands-on with fertiliser and grass seed programmes, irrigation, machinery and playing surface maintenance.

He later moved into commercial turf with Tudor Environmental, progressing from trade counter sales into internal and technical sales, building relationships across golf, sports turf, landscaping and amenity.

A regular at BTME, SALTEX and GroundsFest, Dean has built a wide industry network and stays close to the latest products and technologies.
