As part of our growth, we are recruiting Technical Area Sales Managers to join our UK team. Roles are available in:

  • Midlands
  • South of England (working alongside existing team members)
  • Scotland (working alongside an existing team member)

The Role

This is more than sales. As a Technical Area Sales Manager, you will become a trusted advisor in your region — helping turf professionals find tailored, practical solutions that deliver results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Designing and delivering customised turf solutions
  • Providing expert technical advice to solve turf management challenges
  • Representing TurfCare at trade shows and industry events
  • Working closely with colleagues and industry partners to support customer success

 

What We Are Looking For

You will be a great fit if you bring:

  • Experience in technical sales OR turf/grounds management
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Strong knowledge of turf practices and industry standards
  • Confidence, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills
  • Be self-disciplined
  • Have an excellent work etic
  • Motivation to work independently while managing your territory
  • A full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable qualifications: NVQ, HNC, BASIS, FACTS (or equivalent turf management certifications).

 

Even better if you have:

  • An existing customer network within the industry
  • BASIS or FACTS certification (or the drive to gain it)
  • Proven success in sales and account development
